Delivery Partners:

Poslaju only. All orders are shipped via Poslaju (Pos Malaysia).

Pre-Order Items:

Estimated Delivery Time: Pre-order items typically require 10-14 days to be delivered to your specified address.

Tracking Information: Upon shipping your Pre-order order,  you will receive Email with tracking number.

Ready Stock Items:

Estimated Delivery Time: Ready stock items usually take approximately 1-3 working days to reach your specified address.

Tracking Information: Upon shipping your ready stock order,  you will receive Email with tracking number.

Shipping Charges:

Free shipping for West Malaysia (Semenanjung) when your order total is RM125 or above. Orders below RM125 are charged RM10 shipping.

Sabah & Sarawak: flat RM15 shipping. Free shipping does not apply.

Percuma penghantaran untuk Semenanjung Malaysia apabila jumlah pesanan RM125 dan ke atas. Pesanan di bawah RM125 dikenakan RM10.

Sabah & Sarawak: kos penghantaran tetap RM15. Penghantaran percuma tidak terpakai.
